IMC Motorcom USA

Sorry to use this forum to ask such a question but I am becoming a very concerned customer. I placed an order with IMC Motorcom over a week ago and I have been unable to get any responses from voicemail or email concerning the status of my order. Also the dealer you list for my area in NC doesn’t even exist. Can someone please respond to my inquiries?

I actually called this time and got someone on the phone and he was able to answer my questions. My product is suppose to be in tomorrow.

Of course you want to make sure you call us between the normal business hours of 9am-6pm pacific standard time. Glad to see you were taken care of.

I also moved this thread to the suggestion box since it didn't have anything to do with the functionality of a Harley Davidson product.

Also if you have the name of the dealer in NC who doesn't exist we can call to verify there contact information.

UPDATE: Armored rider did go out of business, thanks for the heads up.

I found this thread by going back to the website trying to find the status of my order. I received a conformation email a week ago and then nothing. Not an estimated shipping date or anything and no place to look.

This really is not the place to check order status, so can you please call us or email us.

Keep trying to call them, you will get someone eventually. It took me several days also and it was very frustrating so I feel your pain. I finally ended up getting the items I ordered but it took several weeks….even after my initial post on this forum and speaking to them several times. I was even told at one point they were going to refund my shipping because I had paid for next day but didn’t get the items for several weeks….the refund never happened but I really never expected it to. As for the items I ordered (HS-H40 Harley compatible headsets) they work really well. Good Luck.
